Hello from Pennsylvania!

We are 3rd graders from Schnecksville Elementary School. Our school is one of seven elementary schools in the Parkland School District. We have a district website if you'd like to see our school. It is http://www.parkland.k12.pa.us/. We have turtles, crabs, guppies, toads, frogs, and fish in our classroom. Our school has a bus size model of the space shuttle. Sometimes we go to our mission control to have missions. It's FUN!

We have a local church that was once the site where the Liberty Bell was hidden from the British. There are many one-room schoolhouses and historic sites in our area.

Greetings! We live in historic Bucks County about 40 miles northeast of Philadelphia. The Liberty Bell traveled through our town over 200 years ago while being hidden from the British troops during the Revolutionary War. We have many old covered bridges and farms in our growing community. We adopted a manatee this year. Your class can help, too. Look up Save the Manatee on the Internet. Have a great school year!

Hello! We live in the beautiful state of Pennsylvania. Our town, Columbia sits on the Susquehanna River in the southern part of the state. Our town would have been the national capital had it not been for one vote. We demand a recount! We are privileged that we can see another culture live among us as we live in Amish country. We have many horse and buggies driving among our cars.
