each page. Make a large square in the middle of each page for the students to make a picture of that sentence as to how it applies to their family... Title of each page:

I strongly recommend printing it out on a word processor not by hand. It makes it look neat and important to the student and parent. I suggest giving this as a home work in the beginning of the week and not having it turned in until Thursday or Friday. I also would encourage the parents to write the word(s) the child says down on a piece of paper and give the child a chance to copy it onto the paper themselves.
