Ways to use it

• Post the question in a pocket chart and have each student add a yes or no card.
• Count the yes and no cards and compare the totals.
• Write student names on the cards before they place them.
• Write your own dental health questions on the blank headers.
• Use it during Dental Health Month in February.
• Follow up by graphing the results on chart paper.
